NOTES
A    There are two variations - with and without a 5" adapter for the disc. With the adapter, the interior of the slimline case has the normal four curved corner retaining edges for the disc; without the adapter these are missing and excluding the hub spring clips the interior is smooth corner to corner.
B    The printing of the cover titles are in white instead of the usual gold ink.
